VALUATION EXPERIENCE:
Commenced practice as a Valuer in 1966 with major valuation
work and experience being gained from 1982. During the
period 1982 to the present Valuation work has included
general residential and englobo subdivision valuations,
capital gains and family law matters together with valuation
work in respect of rural, commercial and industrial real
estate. A significant portion of work has involved compensation
and litigation matters and appearing as an Expert Witness.

Extensive court experience as an expert witness in
Land and Environment Court, Family Law Court, Taxation
Board of Review etc.

Wide and continuing experience in residential and
retail valuations and rental determinations for the
API. Recently valued 'The Grand' retail complex in
Bowral and currently valuing a small group of shops
in Tahmoor.

Limited
Valuations of a wide range of properties with particular
emphasis on retail (including major shopping centres),
commercial buildings, industrial buildings, but also
including development sites and projects, rural home
sites and residential properties. Purposes of valuations
vary, but include purchase, sale, mortgage security,
asset revaluations and compulsory acquisition by Government
authorities. Reviews are undertaken of rating valuations
and market rental reviews are undertaken on behalf
of both lessors and lessees. Valuation reports are
often prepared for court related matters and evidence
is given as an expert witness as a follow up to many
of these matters.

Conducted residential, commercial and industrial valuations
in the Sydney Metropolitan Area, along with Rural & Residential
Valuations in the Macarthur & Southern Highlands.
2004-Present: Employed as a Valuer with W.McI. Carpenter & Associates.

KATHRYN
MANN
Manager Valuations
Kathryn has a background in both valuation
practice and agency and is responsible for liaising
with private clients, financial institutions, banks
and funders and specialising in new business development.
Kathryn provides a supportive role to the Valuers involving
property research and is presently undertaking the
Property Valuation Course. Kathryn is additionally
responsible for valuation enquiries and fee quotations.
CATH JAY
Senior Administrative Officer
Cath has a background
in both the valuation practice and agency and is
Personal Assistant to both Principals. Cath is responsible
for the completion of valuation reports with a supportive
secretarial role being provided to the Valuers.
DORA PERROT
Senior Administrative Officer
Dora is responsible for
the completion of valuation reports with a supportive
secretarial role being provided to the Valuers. Dora
is additionally responsible for all account payments,
general enquiries and fee quotations. |
