WINGELLO
PARK
Location
“Wingello Park”, situated in the New South Wales’ Southern
Highlands at Marulan, is a 90 minute Motorway drive
south of Sydney CBD and 20 minutes north of Goulburn.
Country
The property is generally level to gently undulating
and is comprised of alluvial creek flats, gray loams
and shale.
Pasture
Pasture has been improved over a long period with introduced
grasses including clovers, rye, phalaris, cocksfoot
and fescue.
Water
“Wingello Park” is well watered by 20 dams and has
long frontage to Urringalla Creek. There is a 200
ml bore irrigation licence.
Fencing
The property is fenced to 18 main paddocks and a number
of smaller holding paddocks.
Subdivision Approval
Goulburn Mulwaree Council has approved a 12 lot rural
subdivision.
Improvements
- The “Wingello Park”
homestead, built C1830, is of hewn sandstone with
iron roof and sawn sandstone verandahs. It sits in
a tangled old world garden.

cottages in proximity of the homestead.
- A C1847 sandstone barn, together with stables and
yards.
