Established in 1923 and originally known as Waters & Carpenter, the practice relocated to the Southern Highlands in 1981. With a reputation for professional independant advice the practice acts as panel valuers for all major financial institutions.

We have a 90% clearance rate of sales for property placed to auction and are well known not only within the immediate Sydney and Southern Highland localities, but as far down as the South Coast of New South Wales into Victoria and south to Tasmania. Over the past five years Bowral Land Sales has sold the majority of land offered in the local area.
